Mr. Sunil Parikh is a practicing advocate in the field of labour and industrial laws for the past 40 years. He has consulted and advised numerous clients (public and private sectors pan India) on the effective implementation of all applicable labour laws into their organization’s structure. He has also represented clients in courts and against all authorities under labour and employment in case of any litigations or disputes. Mr. Parikh has come across various employers and government officers who have consulted him for effective solutions to various matters related to labour laws, management grievances, and disputes. His proactive positive intervention between management, unions, and employees has led to timely addressal of concerns and amicable settlement of disputes.
Kankshil Parikh

Kankshil is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant (US) by profession. He has been practicing in the field of payroll management and labour law compliances for the last 5 years. Prior to starting his own practice, he worked with Deloitte for three years and gained vast corporate experience, which has helped him deliver the same quality of services to his clients. Kankshil introduced and provides an end-to-end professional service that covers the impact and analysis of each component, including salary structuring, payroll management, labour law compliance filing/consulting, labour law audits, and due diligence related to the same for various organizations, including start-ups.
Niketan Pansotra

Niketan, an advocate by profession, has been associated with the firm since the firm diversified in to providing professional services in the area of payroll management and compliance filings related to labour and industrial laws. He has played an instrumental role in setting up certain processes and enabling automation for quality and effective work deliverables. Niketan has an in-depth understanding of the applicability and calculations related to payroll, each of the labour and employment-related laws as per the state, industry, and employee strength of the organization. On a majority basis, he handles most industrial clients for the firm and is part of internal audits related to HR and compliances for firms.
Alisha Nanavati

Alisha, an advocate by profession and a PhD pursuer, has been associated with the firm since she entered the corporate world. She has theoretical and practical understanding of payroll processes, all labour laws, and their applicability for all nature of organizations. She is the go-to person for all clients due to her dynamic personality and speed of execution. Alisha majorly handles all the clients in the service industry and also plays a pivotal role in the research and analysis associated with various judgments related to the labour department.
Jayesh Khandala

Jayesh has prior work experience (of approximately 5 years) in the HR domain and has been working with the firm for a year. He has domain knowledge and has been associated with multiple firms handling payroll and compliances for those particular firms. His prior experience makes him deliver to clients in a manner that negates their exact pain points and solves their problems in an effective and efficient manner. Jayesh handles various clients in different sectors for the firm and is also a go-to person for all department-related work.

Tabrez has recently joined us after a stint of about 15 years at other organizations in the HR domain. He typically takes care of our services required at client locations where in-person visits and work is required.
Rahul Dataniya

Rahul handles all the back-end administration work, document filings and record maintenance for the firm. He also manages all document submissions at government offices and runs other outside errands for everyone.
