We are team of experienced Chartered Accountant (India) and a Certified Public Accountant (USA), who are holding an average industry exposure of 5 years to serve US clients (PCAOB & AICPA) per US GAAP and all applicable ASC’s (Accounting Standard Codifications) in one of the Big4 Audit Firm across the globe.

Our professionals have multiple industry exposure, with prior knowledge of serving big public engagements per PCAOB standards and small and medium clients (including Emerging Growth Companies) per AICPA standards spread across mainly west and east coast.

We have a vision to serve Overseas Accounting & Audit firms as their Offshore shared service partner based on our skillsets & experience, in the areas of: Accounting/ Book-keeping/ Audit/ Reviews/ Compilation/Contract Review Summarization & Accounting, for the clients of your firm.
