Payroll Process Management

We have a designated cloud system to manage payroll and statutory compliances of client’s on-roll employees in a qualitative and clean manner that caters to their specific requirements. By having us to manage payroll process, clients can focus on their core business operations and ensure cost-effective and accurate operations.

Our Payroll processing services includes:

  1. Salary structuring with respective break-ups (CTC) in accordance with Labour Laws, Income Tax Act and HR Policy.
  2. Preparing HR & Employment Documents, viz: Employment Agreement, Letter of Appointment, Termination Letter, Code of Ethics, Confidentiality & Non-disclosure Agreement, Employee Indemnity Bond / Undertaking in accordance with the HR Policy.
  3. Integrating client’s biometric system with our system to fetch monthly Leave & Attendance records.
  4. Calculate and Process net monthly salaries of Employees based on their respective CTC and other attributes received from the client eg. Attendance, Leave, Loans, Arrears, Reimbursement claims, Investment Declaration etc.
  5. Processing investment declarations of employees and updating to HR system*.
  6. If required - Direct salary transfers to employees based on Secured OTP based Authentication, if eligible.
  7. Leave Management Portal based on client’s Leave policy (Tracking of Leaves, Year-end processing, lapsing, carry-forward, etc.)*
  8. Generating their pay wage slips/tax computation sheets to provide through email to each individual employee*.
  9. Providing client with consolidated reports (standard/customized) e.g. Attendance, Leave Records etc.
  10. Prepare and provide Form-16 at the year-end for all employees on your payroll*.
  11. Monthly Compliances related to:
    • Provident Fund (PF) including filing of returns
    • Employee State Insurance (ESI) including filing of returns
    • State specific Professional Tax (PT)
    • State specific Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
    • Income Taxes (TDS) deductions from Employee’s salary
    • Other statutory deductions from Employee’s salary in accordance with legislative norms.
  12. Addressing Employee grievances (if any) related to salary deductions (Only on Emails) with a turnaround time of 48 to 72 working hours.
  13. Exit process management system that includes: Full & Final Settlement, and preparing necessary documents.

* Employee self-service portal (cloud-based) will give employees access to IT declaration, payslips, Form-16, leave application and HR policies over Web-browser and Mobileapp, with unique user-id & passwords allocated to each of the employee, if opted by Employer.
